A short and sweet meditation designed to ground you in the present moment, calm racing thoughts and activate your Parasympathetic Nervous System.
When the Parasympathetic Nervous System is active, we are in the 'rest and digest' state, our breathing is slow and steady, our heartbeat slows down and we feel calm and safe. It's and the opposite of the 'fight or flight' state which is activated when we are facing a real or perceived threat, and unfortunately in today's world of constant stressors we often live in that state. So it's important to take time, even a short amount of time, to reset and calm our body and mind.
This meditation is free for you to enjoy whenever you need a moment to reset.
